I've been in private practice since 1997. I earned my bachelorís degree from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY and my Master's degree from the University of Vermont in 1990. I've been Licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor since 1994 and as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor since 2001.
I love what I do and thoroughly enjoy helping people heal from all sorts of difficulties so that they can create the life that they want.
Clients:
I work with adult men and women (18 and older) and all orientations of couples.
Types of Modalities:
I draw upon psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral theories to treat both short term and long term therapy goals.
Insurances:
I am an EAP (employee assistance program) (download EAP Intake Form) provider for several local companies. I accept most insurances and managed care plans. I am not able to bill Medicare and Medicaid.
