Psychotherapy is a unique, professional relationship that has the potential to help change a person's way of life significantly. Together, we find the most effective way to work through problems with: transititions, life stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, thought disturbances, impulse control, anger or relationship stress. My approach uses a positive, "person centered" method to help an individual, group, or family to discover their strengths to better enhance their lives. I can offer a free consultation to determine if we might work well together. SPECIALTIES Individual Child-Centered Psychotherapy I work with those as young as 4 years old. I utilze an approach that helps children to express themselves in their own language by utilizing creative strategies to individualize their treatment.
